Tech Pack Guidance
Good tech packs are the cornerstone of ensuring your clothing is manufactured accurately.
At Noxloom, we simplify the tech pack process, making it clear and adaptable to any format. With just five easy steps, you can complete your tech pack effortlessly and at no cost. Minimize workload and costs, and start your clothing project faster.
STEP 1
Submit Design Sketch
Create a design sketch that includes at least the front and back views of your design. Use technical flat sketches to visually illustrate the fit you're aiming for.
If needed, you can also refer to our patterns collection to use as a base shape for your designs.
STEP 2
Provide Sizing Information
Make sure to include detailed sizing information for each panel and element of your clothing design.
If you're unsure about specific measurements, you can opt to use our pre-developed patterns from big brands like Represent、Blenciaga and Essentials......
STEP 3
Select Fabric
Choose fabrics and colors from our main fabric collection on the website (be sure to note the fabric code and color number).
If you plan to use a specific fabric that isn’t displayed on our website, please contact us in advance. We may already have a similar fabric sourced, or we may need some time to find a high-quality alternative.
STEP 4
Describe Artwork Craft
Another key detail to include in your tech pack is the method you'd like for applying your artwork to the garment.
This could be: DTG, screen printing, embroidery, etc.
STEP 5
Quotation
Based on the information you provide, we will offer an expense list for your project, including the sample price and estimated bulk production costs.
To proceed with the project, we will require you to pay the sample fee after accepting our initial quotation.
STEP 6
Tech Pack Development
Upon receiving the sample fee, we will work closely with you to finalize all production details before production.
We will discuss and confirm any incomplete aspects of the original tech pack and provide solutions for any design elements that are not feasible.
STEP 7
Creation of Samples
Sample production generally involves the following steps: fabric sourcing, pattern making, cutting, printing, sewing, and washing (if required).
The exact sample production time varies based on the complexity of the product. Typically, choosing our pre-made patterns from the library can shorten the sample production timeline, but if your design includes washing techniques, the sample process will likely take longer.
STEP 8
Quality Inspection and Control
After the completion of bulk production, our quality control team will conduct a thorough inspection of the products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Once the quality check is finalized, we will notify you of the actual shipment quantity and proceed to confirm the specific logistics arrangements.
STEP 9
Packaging and Transportation
The finished goods will be individually packaged according to your requirements.
Upon receiving the final payment for the bulk order and the shipping cost, we will coordinate with the logistics company to dispatch the goods to your destination.
