Q1. How long does the MOQ and lead time take?
Spot style: minimum order of 1 piece; Delivery time: 3-5 days + 1-2 days for delivery
Professional customized style: MOQ 50 pieces; Delivery time: 15-25 days + 1-2 days for delivery
Q2. Can I make samples?
Yes; try to print a pattern effect on the fabric, the price is $20USD ; the pattern-making deposit for spot styles is $50/piece, and the pattern-making deposit for customized styles is $100USD/piece. If there is no change after pattern making, the pattern making deposit will be refunded in batches.
Q3. What file formats are accepted?
It is most convenient to submit in AI format. If using JPG or PSD, a dpi of 300 is recommended.
Q4. What are your working hours?
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 (lunch time 12:00-13:30)
- Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
- Sundays and public holidays: closed
Q5. How do I pay?
The payment methods we provide include bank transfer, credit card online payment include paypal and Alipay.
Q6. Can I choose home delivery?
Yes, we have provided home delivery services throughout China mainland.
Q7. Can I return an item?
Because the clothes are all made to order, we do not accept returns except for quality issues.
Q9. What should I do if I encounter quality problems after receiving the goods?
If you find quality problems, please take pictures and tell us in time, we will deal with it immediately according to the situation.
Q10. After receiving the goods, I find that the size is not suitable, can I change it?
Since the garments are all made to order, they cannot be replaced. If the size of the clothes does not match the online size chart, and the error exceeds 3cm, we will replace it for you free of charge.
